Description: 
Researchers will look at information collected on trade between Alaska and Chukotka in the beginning of the 20th century. Researchers will create a bibliography of the historical records of this period of trading, gather oral histories, and begin the process of cataloging sites and current condition of former American trading posts in Chokotka.

ISER researchers will analyze recidivism histories of convicted felons to show how many were arrested, remanded, convicted over various periods of time. Researchers will review demographic characteristics of offenders, showing associations among frequency and timing of re-offense and demographic characteristics.
