HOW WILL THE COURSE BE TAUGHT?  This is a distance education course, taught entirely over the internet using the “Blackboard” system.  All course materials will be posted online—there are no required textbooks.   There will be weekly readings and  homework assignments as well as online class discussions and games which simulate fisheries and markets.  Work for the course should take about 5-10 hours per week.
