For details on how to Get off mailing lists check out the Mail Preference Service - http://www.dmaconsumers.org. There is an option to get off via the web for a small fee of about $5.00 at this site. There is another way.

The free and easy way is to send a postcard and ask to be placed on a "do-not-mail" file. Here is the address:

There is no charge for registering by mail; however, registering by mail may delay your inclusion in the MPS file for at least 30 to 60 days because your data is manually added to the service.
