Ms. Frazier is a senior research professional with broad experience in public health and education issues. She graduated from Pitzer College in Claremont California with a BA in sociology, and soon after earned a master’s in public health, with an emphasis in health administration, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has extensive experience in health-facility management and administration in Alaska and California. She is a former executive director of the Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center and has worked at other community health centers and within a health-maintenance organization. She has also directed programs in reproductive health and maternal and child health. She participates in all phases of data gathering, analysis, and deliverable development. She is a primary researcher for qualitative projects at ISER. Her major research interests are health services delivery, policy, and disparities. Outside work, her interests include sewing and black-and-white photography.
