The SLiCA Research Team hosted a session at the ICASS V
conference held in Fairbanks. Under the leadership of Heather Myers and Gerard
Duhaime the SLiCA international team organized a session on the Survey of Living
Conditions. The following presentations were made:

Immediately following the ICASS Conference, Larissa Abryutina, Patricia
Cochran, and Jack Kruse of the SLiCA team participated in a Partnering
Workshop organized by Patty Gray of the University of Alaska Fairbanks
“Partnering Between Researchers and Arctic Communities”. Eight teams brought
their perspectives to the discussion.
