Reports

There is much more to reporting results than just a measure of a contaminant in a sample. The Patuxent lab requires in reports:

	Description of samples, their condition upon receipt, and storage prior to analysis.
	Brief summary of analytical procedures
	Analytical results
	Quality assurance reporting, including: Results of procedural blank analyses Results of spiked sample analyses Estimate of the limit of detection Discussion of any problems in the analysis
